Synopsis

The movie Boggy Creek II: And the Legend Continues (1983) is a sequel to The Legend of Boggy Creek, fictionalizing sightings of a Bigfoot-like creature in Arkansas.

College student Tim wants to follow in his father’s footsteps and track down the Fouke Monster of Boggy Creek. He and his friends venture into the Boggy Creek swamplands, where locals have reported seeing the creature for years.

The movie Boggy Creek II: And the Legend Continues (1983) follows Tim’s expedition as his friends start disappearing one by one into the swamp. Strange sounds and events indicate the giant hairy humanoid resides in the remote woodlands.

Tim pursues every lead to find proof of the Fouke Monster’s existence, speaking with witnesses and investigating areas of activity. After several terrifying encounters, Tim locates the beast’s lair just before the Fouke Monster attacks and kills another member of the group.

In the exciting climax, Tim blows up the creature’s lair but the Legend Continues when sightings persist. The movie concludes affirming the Boggy Creek Monster remains lurking in the swampy wilderness.
