Synopsis
The movie A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell (1990) is a sci-fi exploitation film about a kickboxing warrior woman in a post-apocalyptic future who fights off murderous dinosaurs and a deranged jungle tribe.
In a dystopian world ravaged by nuclear war, a tribe of barbaric jungle mutants raid a village and kidnap a woman named Lea. Lash, a fierce warrior woman, sets out through the dinosaur-filled wilderness to rescue Lea.
The movie A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell (1990) follows Lash’s quest as she fights off aggressive dinosaurs, cannibal mutants and other jungle savages. After tribulation and bloodshed, she finally rescues Lea from being sacrificed.
In the action-packed climax, Lash goes hand-to-hand against the hulking tribal chief. After finally defeating him, she and Lea escape into the sunset away from the dinosaur-ravaged jungle.

The low-budget dinosaur effects were created using hand puppets.
