Synopsis
The movie Devil Hunter (1980), also known as The Man Hunter, Mandingo Manhunter, Jungfrau unter Kannibalen, and Sexo Caníbal, is a splatter film directed by Jesús Franco under the pseudonym “Clifford Brown.” The story follows Peter Weston, a Vietnam veteran, who embarks on a dangerous mission to save a kidnapped model from both her captors and the cannibalistic inhabitants of a remote island[5].
As Peter ventures into the treacherous territory, he must confront not only the lurking cannibals but also the supernatural forces that seem to control the island. The movie Devil Hunter (1980) combines elements of horror, exploitation, and action[2].
