The combination of sex and horror. What a nice pair. Any horror movie or story that involves sex as a central part of the tale, it is introducing this trope in some way. Sometimes it can be used in combination with Revenge horror. Or the villain may use sex as a weapon or manipulation. Or perhaps it mixes with Cosmic horror and we get a little BDSM action going, ala Hellraiser.
